What to Expect During a Well Child Visit
Well-child visits include a full physical exam, developmental screening, growth assessment, and preventive care — including age-appropriate immunizations to protect against vaccine-preventable diseases.
- Height, weight and growth chart review

Well Visit Schedule
We follow American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations and personalize visit timing based on your child’s needs
- Newborn and 2 weeks
- 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, and 12 months
- 15 and 18 months
- 2 years and 2½ years
- 3 years and annually after
What to Bring to your Appointment
Bringing these items helps us make your visit smoother and ensure we have the information we need to care for your child
- Insurance card and photo ID
- Immunization records (if transferring care)
- Any school or sports forms
- Your child’s current medications or allergy list
