Immigration Medical Exam (Form I-693)
Farrington Pediatrics provides USCIS-compliant immigration medical exams (Form I-693) for adults and children. Our team works to make the process clear, organized, and efficient, with respectful care and guidance through each step of your exam and paperwork.

About the Immigration Medical Exam
The immigration medical exam is a required health evaluation for many individuals applying for U.S. permanent residency. During your visit, a USCIS-designated civil surgeon reviews your medical history, vaccination records, and required documentation, and completes Form I-693 for submission with your immigration application.
If vaccines are required to complete your medical exam, our office can review your records and provide the appropriate vaccinations when applicable.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
To help avoid delays, please bring

- Vaccination Immunization records (if available)
